State Employee FAQ's:

I do not know my Employee ID number.

Contact your HR Benefits Coordinator to retrieve your employee ID. It is also printed on your pay stub and on your confirmation of benefits letter. If you do not know your coordinator, refer to the ebc.ok.gov web site, Select Benefits, Select Agency Benefits Coordinators.

I am a State employee but my ID number is not working.

State employee enrollment is done through their agency Benefits Coordinator, this enrollment process is only for those who elected iB during open enrollment. New State employees can elect to add this benefit during the enrollment with their benefits coordinator. If you have enrolled through your benefits coordinator and are unable to activate your account please contact customer support.

Customer Support

Maintaining Your Account.

Once you've received your card and activation letter, you will have your own username and password to manage your medications, conditions and emergency contacts.

Adding Non-Dependent Family Members.

You should register dependent family members or those members for whom you may be a guarantor such as an elderly parent. Their information will be managed through your single account. If you have other family members or friends who need their own accounts, they can be purchased through invisibleBracelet.org. Memberships may not be gifted at this time.

What Happens if I Lose My Card or ID?

Your iB card has multiple stickers and FOBS in case you lose your ID or keys. The PIN number on the stickers is of no value to anyone other than a licensed and trained medic, so you can simply put a replacement sticker on your new health ID. If you have lost your iB membership card or have run out of stickers, you can request a new card through you account on invisibleBracelet.org.  Your replacement card will be mailed to you.  Once you receive it you will be able to activate your new PIN by logging back into your account.

You can find additional FAQ's in our membership FAQ section.
